Richard was a great realtor. We were living across the country at the time and were only available to visit once. Richard took the extra time to walk through the house as if he were going to purchase it and we had to trust his judgement. 6 months later we're loving our house and are grateful for all the time that he took to make sure we were going to love where we lived!

First of all, Richard's honesty is all that makes the difference. I never felt like I was "just another first time home buyer". He never withheld his professional opinion about each house no matter how many we'd have to tour due to his analysis. For very complex and important events like buying a house, realtors like Richard are assets especially when events take a slight different turn than expected. He works out the stressful situation and you don't have to even quiver. I am a happy first time home buyer and that was made possible because of Richard's excellent abilities, integrity, and expertise in his domain. I don't regret my decision.
